Since version 1.4 you can change how the plugin send emails to your users. We added two new options. Gmail and SMTP settings
All hostings have limits on emails to avoid spammers. Depending on your company you will have less or more emails per day or per hour. To be 100% sure just check your hosting provider and then configure the email settings.
Usually shared hosting have very small limits, like 20 emails per hours and dedicated servers something like 500 emails per hour.
